- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 14, 2019, by Tasha ClarkEvery single time I need to refill my prescription, it takes at least 30 minutes just to TELL THEM. Over the phone, it takes upwards of an hour because they never pick up the phone. They also never actually have the medicine ready when I get there to pick it up even if I called the prescription in days ahead. Pathetic service. When you're managing someone's medicine, you need to run a tighter ship. Not having access to their medicine could kill someone.
