  Although the store and staff are really nice, the tailors did a horrible job on a bridesmaid's dress that I brought in to be hemmed. Not only was it not done when it was supposed to be (although I had one day before the wedding to pick it up, so I was able to get it in time), it was barely altered and wasn't at the proper length (front was too long and the train was not removed). Unfortunately, because the wedding was out of town, I was unable to bring the dress back in to have it fixed before the event. I would recommend that you check to make sure that your item is properly altered before paying and make sure that you have enough time to get it figured out before the event. Overall, the workmanship is fine, but it was frustrating having to hand sew the dress the night before the wedding.
