Katelyn and Randi were both quite unhelpful when I was returning some pants that no longer fit (in accord with their return policy). Randi in essence accused me of theft by saying "Don't abuse the policy". They were sour the entire time, rude even when I sincerely thanked them while they were punching the numbers in, and ignored my appreciation. Can negative stars be applied?
