  I'm writing on behalf of my wife and I who are futon lovers. That's all we've had in our home for over 20 years. Recently we needed to replace living room furniture. We also needed a bed frame. We ventured in to "At Home" and met some startlingly nice people who assured us they could connect us with some furniture they said was the "best" manufactured by "Night and Day". Most of the items shipped at the same time and were assembled by some equally fine people. The bed frame they sold us fell apart almost immediately. Not because it was assembled incorrectly, but because it was poorly, cheaply, designed. The futon mattresses they sold us squeaked sitting on the coils hurt. We decided to ask them to stop delivery on other pieces we'd purchased. After some negotiation they agreed, and they agreed to refund us for undelivered pieces--something against their policies. They are very nice people. We were very grateful for their kindness. We donated the bed frame and mattresses. We have replaced the bed-frame with a very sturdy piece that was less expensive. We have replaced the futons with cotton / foam cores that don't squeak or hurt. I gave "At Home" 2 stars because they sold us a product they knew nothing about, that in our opinion was sub-standard. I would give them a 4 for being friendly and willing to work out a deal with us. I recommend you avoid "At Home" if futons are what you're after.

  We recently relocated to Albany and were at a loss of where to go for furniture. We fortunately stumbled into At Home and had a very good experience. Trevor was our sales rep and he helped us along the decision path by giving us lots of information but not pushing us to decide quickly. We received the furniture a couple of days ago. It was a week past the expected delivery date but the quality makes it worth the delay. The delivery personnel called a day ahead of time, showed up early after calling us to tell us they were running ahead of schedule. The put everything where we asked, unwrapped it all and made sure it was undamaged. We are very happy with everyone who was involved and with the furniture itself.

  Bought a beautiful room grouping from Michael Flowers. He was very professional and helpful, I really enjoyed my experience and love the furniture. Delivery was prompt and the two young gentleman were great. Thank you At home furniture.
