Two hours later (at $119 per hour) the technician said that he would have to re install the drivers and that it could break into a third hour. I still have no wireless connection on my printer and after going nine minutes into a third hour I was charged an extra $119. After $357 my printer is still hooked up with a USB cable. Way too much to pay for a botched job.
