  Change in ownership and service. We used to love Albany Pet Hotel in Albany, Oregon and really felt like the staff loved our dogs. Our dogs had been going there for years and, until recently, always seemed excited to be there. Over the past year or so, the staff turnover has been awful and the remaining staff, for the most part, comes across as apathetic. The current owner's young daughter is running the show and, sadly, seems to be running the business into the ground and chasing all of the caring staff away. We no longer trust them to provide care to our furry best friends and that's too bad.
